The knowledge-based device iVT-808WP is a part of the comprehensive fleet tracking and management system, accurate calculation of navigation and emergency call (eCall) of Rastin Road Engineering Company, which has been able to integrate three widely used capabilities in fleet management and accidents in one integrated system. This system includes a fixed control center and a device in each car/mobile. The waterproof body of the device is designed in such a way that it does not allow access to the SIM card and internal antennas of the device. The electromagnetic compatibility of the device ensures that there is no damage or disturbance to the operation and electrical system of the car/mobile.

The ability to accurately calculate navigation and fuel consumption in a way that cannot be manipulated can be important in terms of fuel consumption control and environmental issues. In other words, the device itself has the ability to measure the distance traveled even without GPS. In other words, in tunnels and places where satellite communication is not established or in situations where there is a deliberate disturbance in the GPS function, the device can measure and calculate the vehicle's navigation.

The ability to automatically detect accidents and report them manually and automatically if they are dealt with in time by the road emergency can lead to a significant reduction in the statistics of road and urban casualties. The basic information of the vehicle, the latitude and longitude of the accident site, the severity of the accident and the direction of the impact will be sent to the defined centers as an emergency in the shortest possible time during the accident.
