The WIM system is designed to measure the weight of trailers and cargo trucks while moving by different axles. In this system, there is a road traffic counter to detect the traffic and the class of the passing vehicle, which is connected with the WIM device.

The weight of the passing vehicle detected by WIM is measured and if it exceeds the violation standard, it is recorded and the image of the license plate of the offending vehicle as well as the license plate number extracted from the image is sent to the central server of the company and subsequently to the server of the Road Administration and Solution.
